Support options
Thorn Technologies provides free email support for troubleshooting and setup directly related to the SFTP Gateway product.
Our support hours are between 8am-6pm on weekdays in the EDT timezone. Response times are typically within 24 hours.
Paid support tiers
Our free email tier does not include screen sharing or phone calls. This is typically reserved for our Advanced Support customers.
If you are interested in purchasing Advanced Support (e.g. you have an enterprise environment and would like production assistance), please refer to this article for more information.
Our free email tier is limited to troubleshooting issues directly related to SFTP Gateway. If you need custom development to extend the product's features, we have a Premium Support tier. See article for more details.
