Initially, you will only have one Single User under your Plan.
This article will walk you through creating additional users.
Adding a Payment Method
Before you're able to create any additional users, you are required to add a Payment Method.
Check out our Documentation for adding a Payment Method to configure this.
Adding Users to your Group
When adding new SFTP users & members, you will configure everything under your Group.
So, in your account dashboard, navigate to the Group menu item.
Once inside your Group, click on Group Settings.
To modify the number of users, click Change Users and enter in the new user count.
Then, click Submit to finalize the selection.
After clicking Submit you will then be brought to a Checkout page with the order details.
At the Checkout page you will enter in your payment information or use the saved payment method for your account.
Adding a New Member
After completing your order, you will need to add a new member to your group in order to utilize your new Single User.
Your new member will go through a registration process where they will enter in their information and then receive credentials to their SFTP User.
Navigate to the Group section and click on the Add Member tab.
You can add a new member to your group by giving them a registration link, or by entering in their Email & clicking Add Member, as this will send them a registration email.
After using the registration link/email they will end up on a registration form to enter in their information.
Once they click Register a new SFTP user will be created and the credentials will be emailed to them.
