VM amounts to around $65 USD per month (0.03 + 0.06 for 720 hours), when run it around the
Blob storage costs extra. Although Blob storage is cheap, this cost may become significant depending on the workload.
How to stop being charged
When you want to stop getting charged for the product, you stop (deallocate) the VM in the Azure Portal. Deallocating will help ensure that you are no longer being metered for the underlying VM infrastructure.
